MEMORANDUM OPINION


Relator, Matthew West, has filed a petition for writ of mandamus complaining that Judge Kent C. Sullivan signed orders requiring relator to submit to a pre-suit deposition. Relators request this Court, inter alia, to command Judge Sullivan to vacate these orders.

The Honorable Kent C. Sullivan, judge of the 80th District Court, Harris County. The underlying lawsuit is In re John Desenberg, Trial Court Cause No. 2003-50373, in the 80th District Court, Harris County.

We deny Relator's petition for a writ of mandamus.
