DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION FOR REINSTATEMENT
Motion by Lawrence Alan Weissmann for reinstatement to the Bar as an attorney and counselor-at-law. Weissmann was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on February 25, 1987. By opinion and order of this Court dated August 21, 2019, Weissmann was suspended from the practice of law for a period of two years, effective September 20, 2019.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is held in abeyance, and the matter is referred to a Committee on Character and Fitness to investigate and report on Lawrence Alan Weissmann's character and fitness to practice law.
