Opinion

No. 05-07-00185-CV

Opinion issued February 26, 2007.

Original Proceeding from the 219th Judicial District Court, Collin County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. 219-00254-06.

Writ of Mandamus Denied.

Before Justices MOSELEY, BRIDGES, and FRANCIS. Opinion by Justice FRANCIS.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relators contend the trial court erred in granting the plaintiff's motion to disqualify counsel. The facts and issues are well known to the parties, so we need not recount them herein. Based on the record before us, we conclude relators have failed to show the trial court clearly abused its discretion. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.8(a); Walker v. Packer, 827 S.W.2d 833, 839-44 (Tex. 1992) (orig. proceeding). Accordingly, we DENY relators' petition for writ of mandamus. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.3.
