(admitted as John Louis Weichsel) Respondent suspended from the practice of law in the State of New York for a period of three months, nunc pro tunc to December 16, 2016, and until further order of this Court. The order of this Court entered on October 5, 2017 (M-2592), recalled and vacated. All concur. Order filed.
