Based on Supervising Deputy Attorney General Holly D. Wilken's representation that the response to “Petitioner's Motion for Stay Pending Completion of Investigation of Selective Prosecution Claims,” filed on December 29, 2017, is anticipated to be filed by February 15, 2018, an extension of time in which to file that document is granted to February 15, 2018.
