Appeal from the Summary of Misconduct:

Ms. Watts, who was licensed in 1988, was suspended for one year and until further order of the Court. She neglected five client cases and made representations to tribunals and clients that she knew or should have known were false.


Order of the Court:

The petition by the Administrator of the Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission to impose discipline on consent pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 762(b) is allowed, and respondent Judy S. Watts is suspended from the practice of law for one year and until further order of the Court.
