MEMORANDUM OPINION
Wasser Logistics, Inc., Martin Kroesche, and Steve Schonefeld have filed a petition for writ of mandamus challenging the trial court's order quashing their jury demand. We deny the petition. Relators' motion for an emergency stay of proceedings pending consideration of the petition is dismissed as moot.
The underlying case is Wasser Logistics Holdings LLC v. Martin Kroesche and Steve Schonefeld, cause number 2016-54111, pending in the 333rd District Court of Harris County, Texas, the Honorable Daryl L. Moore presiding.
