ORDER DISMISSING DEFENDANTS BASE AG AND BASF CORPORATION WITH PREJUDICE


This mater being presented to the Court in connection with Vernon Walden Inc.'s ("Vernon Walden") unopposed Motion to Dismiss Defendants BASE AG and BASF Corporation with Prejudice,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that the Complaint in this action is dismissed with prejudice solely against defendants BASE AG and BASE Corporation. This Order is without prejudice to Vernon Walden's rights or claims against any other defendant in this litigation.
