MEMORANDUM OPINION

PER CURIAM

PETITION FOR WRIT OF MANDAMUS DISMISSED AS MOOT

On May 25, 2023, relator filed a petition for writ of mandamus. On June 21, 2023, relator filed a motion to dismiss his petition for writ of mandamus as moot. We grant the motion and dismiss the petition as moot.

We construe relator's filed "Motion to Withdraw Petition for Writ of Mandamus" as a motion to dismiss.
