Opinion filed: Judgment reversed
For the reasons given above, we reverse the judgment of the Court of Appeal and remand with instructions to grant Vaquera habeas corpus relief and to direct the trial court to strike the 25-year-to-life sentence imposed under subdivision (j)(2) on count 2 and resentence Vaquera to 15 years to life on that count under subdivision (b).
