ORDER


THIS MATTER having come before the Court on the appeal of Saint Barnabas Corporation d/b/a Saint Barnabas Health Care System from an Order of the Honorable William F. Touhey, United States Bankruptcy Court, dated March 5, 1997, and oral argument having been heard on March 26, 1997, and the Court having considered the matter as well as the submissions of the parties, and for the reasons appearing more particularly in the Letter Opinion of the Court in the above-captioned matter, and good cause having been shown, IT IS

On this 26th day of March, 1997,

ORDERED that the Order of the Bankruptcy Court, dated March 5, 1997, is hereby REVERSED, and it is further

ORDERED that the matter is hereby REMANDED to the Bankruptcy Court for further proceedings consistent with this Opinion.
