MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relators contend the trial judge erred in ordering production of certain documents. We conclude the trial judge did not abuse his discretion in ordering production of the documents. Accordingly, relators' petition for writ of mandamus is DENIED. See Tex.R.App.P. 52.8(a); Walker v. Packer, 827 S.W.2d 833, 839-842 (Tex. 1992) (orig. proceeding). We VACATE the stay order issued July 16, 2004. We DENY relators' motion to reconsider granting of temporary stay. We ORDER relators to retrieve the documents filed in camera within ten days of the date of this opinion.
