MOTION OF THE RESPONDENT , JUDGE THOMASINE TYNES
The Respondent, Judge Thomasine Tynes, respectfully states she will not file exceptions to the Findings of the Court of Judicial Discipline with the acknowledgement that if the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit should reverse her perjury convictions and/or if her PCRA would reverse her state convictions then this Honorable Court would reconsider its findings of violation. With that caveat, Judge Tynes respectfully requests a sanctions hearing be established.
