ORDER

Before the Court is relator's June 23, 2020 petition for writ of mandamus and emergency motion for temporary relief. In his emergency motion, relator requests the Court to stay certain portions of the trial court's June 10, 2020 order on plaintiff's motion to construe objections and compel responses to the second set of post-judgment discovery.
We GRANT relator's motion and STAY the trial court's order to the extent that it overrules relator's objections to Interrogatory No. 13 and Requests for Production Nos. 2 and 4, pending resolution of this original proceeding.
We request real party in interest and respondent to file their responses, if any, to the petition for writ of mandamus within TWENTY DAYS of the date the order.
