This is an accelerated appeal involving the termination of appellant's parental rights. Before the Court is the October 17, 2022 second request of court reporter LaTresta Ginyard for an extension of time to file the reporter's record. We GRANT the request and extend the time to October 27, 2022. We caution Ms. Ginyard that further requests will be strongly disfavored.
We DIRECT the Clerk of this Court to send a copy of this order to Jacqueline Kimbrough, Official Court Reporter for the 199th Judicial District Court; Ms. Ginyard; and, all parties.
