ORDER
It is ORDERED by the court, sua sponte, that the opinion in this case filed September 11, 2003, is hereby amended as follows:
1. On page 15, in footnote 10, in the last sentence of the footnote, "involed moral turpitude" is changed to read "involved moral turpitude".
2. On page 23, in the first line of the paragraph beginning on line 6, "Rule 4(b)" is changed to read "Rule 8.4(b)".
3. On page 24, in the second line from the bottom of the page, "spared from the permanent sanction" is changed to read "spared from the severe sanction".
