MEMORANDUM OPINION
PER CURIAM
Relators, Tian LLC and Fnu Tianjisi, have filed a petition for writ of mandamus, challenging the trial court's oral ruling denying motions to compel.[*]
We deny the petition for writ of mandamus. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.8(a). We dismiss any pending motions as moot.
[*] The underlying case is Tian LLC and Fnu Tianjisi v. Kim Situ, Jian Huan Situ, HuiQiang Yuan and Katy Tastypoint, Inc., cause number 2020-64846, pending in the 133rd District Court of Harris County, Texas, the Honorable Jaclanel McFarland presiding.
