Petition by Joseph A. Garry, as executor of the will of Helen H. Thornton, deceased, for decree of distribution of the estate of William H. Thornton, deceased, which was opposed by Lucy Creswell and others. From order denying petition, Joseph A. Garry, as executor of the will of Helen H. Thornton, deceased, appeals.

Affirmed.
