ORDER
PER CURIAM
On August 21, 2023, Relator filed a petition for writ of mandamus and a motion for temporary relief. The motion asks this court to stay the deposition of Barbara C. Barnett scheduled for September 15, 2023, pending final disposition of Relator's petition for writ of mandamus.
This court believes a serious question concerning the mandamus relief sought requires further consideration. See TEX. R. APP. P. 52.8(b). Respondent and Real Parties in Interest may file responses to the petition in this court by September 22, 2023. Any response must comply with Rule 52.4.
Relator's August 21, 2023 motion for temporary relief is granted. We order that the deposition of Barbara C. Barnett in Cause No. 2022-CI-11266, pending in the 407th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas, currently set for September 15, 2023, is stayed pending final disposition of Relator's petition for writ of mandamus or further order of this court.
It is so ORDERED.
