PETITION FOR WRIT OF MANDAMUS DISMISSED

Sitting: Rebeca C. Martinez, Chief Justice Irene Rios, Justice Lori I. Valenzuela, Justice

MEMORANDUM OPINION

PER CURIAM

On June 3, 2022, relator filed a petition for writ of mandamus and a motion for stay. This court granted the stay and ordered respondent and real parties in interest may file responses on or before June 22, 2022. Given the time restraints, relator represented it would file a signed copy of the June 1, 2022 order and a transcript of the June 1, 2022 hearing once received. Relator did not file either the order or the transcript.

On June 24, 2022, we ordered relator to file a signed copy of the June 1, 2022 order and a transcript of the June 1, 2022 hearing on or before June 29, 2022. Relator did not file either the order or the transcript.

On July 7, 2022, we ordered relator to file a signed copy of the June 1, 2022 order and a transcript of the June 1, 2022 hearing on or before July 11, 2022. Additionally, we ordered relator to file an advisory to this court regarding the placement status of P.K. on or before July 11, 2022. We put relator on notice that failure to comply with the order issued on July 7, 2022, would result in a dismissal of its mandamus petition. Relator filed a signed copy of the June 1, 2022 order and a transcript of the June 1, 2022 hearing. However, relator failed to file an advisory to this court regarding the placement status of P.K. Therefore, relator's petition for writ of mandamus is dismissed. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.3(c). The stay imposed on June 7, 2022 is lifted.
