Opinion

No. 05-10-00318-CV

Opinion issued March 23, 2010.

Original Proceeding from the 5th Judicial District Court, Bowie County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. 81-F-280.

Before Justices O'NEILL, FITZGERALD, and LANG-MIERS.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Before the Court is relator's petition for writ of mandamus against Regional Administrative Judge John Ovard. Relator complains that Judge Ovard failed to respond to a petition for writ of mandamus. The facts and issues are well known to the parties, so we need not recount them herein. This Court does not have jurisdiction to order Judge Ovard to rule on relator's petition. See Tex. Gov't Code Ann. § 22.221 (Vernon 2004). Accordingly, we DISMISS relator's petition for writ of mandamus for want of jurisdiction.
