On July 11, 2017, appellant filed a motion to extend time to file his brief. Appellant attached to his motion a request made to the court reporter to file four exhibits with the record in this appeal.
Chelsea Erickson, the official court reporter for the 246th District Court, is directed to deliver to the clerk of this court Petitioner's Exhibit 9, Respondent's Exhibit 9, Respondent's Exhibit 29, and Respondent's Exhibit 30. The exhibits are to be filed on or before August 4, 2017.
Appellant's motion to extend time to file his brief is granted to August 24, 2017.
