Appellant has filed a motion to extend time to file notice of appeal. The motion recites appellant is seeking to appeal the trial court's October 20, 2017 order on emergency motion for enforcement of final orders. So that the Court may determine the motion before it, we ORDER Dallas County District Clerk Felicia Pitre to file, no later than February 9, 2018, a supplemental clerk's record containing either the order on emergency motion for enforcement of final orders or written verification the order does not exist or cannot be located.

We DIRECT the Clerk of the Court to send a copy of this order to Ms. Pitre and the parties.
