ON WRIT OF CERTIORARI, TO THE COURT OF APPEAL, THIRD CIRCUIT, PARISH OF RAPIDES Hughes, J., additionally concurring.
While I agree the executor has the right to inspect the records of the limited liability companies in order to obtain the information needed to complete the successions, I would not limit that right to the date of decedent's death. The provisions of the Civil Code pertaining to successions should prevail in this matter in all respects.
