Before the Court is relator's motion to withdraw writ of mandamus, which was filed December 27, 2017. By opinion and order dated November 16, 2017, we dismissed this proceeding for want of jurisdiction. Based on the November 16, 2017 opinion, we DENY the motion to withdraw writ of mandamus as moot.
