No. 05-06-01199-CV

Opinion issued September 22, 2006.

Original Proceeding from the Criminal District Court No. 4, Dallas County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. F91-01719.

Writ of Mandamus Dismissed.

Before Justices WRIGHT, O'NEILL, and LANG.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relator seeks mandamus relief to compel the trial court to issue a nunc pro tunc order correcting the finding of a deadly weapon in the judgment of his criminal case. On January 14, 2003, this Court affirmed relator's conviction for aggravated robbery. We do not have jurisdiction to grant post-conviction relief. See Ater v. Eighth Court of Appeals, 802 S.W.2d 241, 243. Accordingly, we DISMISS the relator's petition for writ of mandamus.
