MEMORANDUM OPINION


Relator, Bruce Duane Stevens, filed a petition for writ of mandamus that requests this Court to compel respondent to rule on his pro se motion for speedy trial in cause number 1230727. The petition for writ of mandamus is denied.

Respondent is the Honorable Hazel Jones, Judge, 338th District Court, Harris County. The petition does not comply with the Texas Rules of Appellate Procedure. relator's petition does not meet the requirements of the Texas Rulesof Appellate Procedure. For example, it does not include an appendix, and it does not certify that a copy was served on respondent. See TEX. R. APP. P.9.5, 52.3(j).
