Opinion Delivered November 8, 2007


The Court appoints Robert D. Stroud of Batesville to the Arkansas State Board of Law Examiners. Mr. Stroud shall be a representative of the First Congressional District and will serve a six-year term concluding on September 30, 2013. Mr. Stroud succeeds Tim Watson of Newport.

The court appoints Eugene Bramblett of Camden to the Arkansas State Board of Law Examiners. Mr. Bramblett shall be an at-large representative and will likewise serve a six-year term concluding on September 30, 2013. Mr. Bramblett succeeds Floyd Thomas of El Dorado.

The Court thanks Mr. Stroud and Mr. Bramblett for accepting appointment to this important Board. The Court extends its sincere appreciation to Mr. Watson and Mr. Thomas for their many years of service to the Board.
