ORDER

This is an appeal from an order to administer psychoactive medication. See Tex. Health & Safety Code Ann. §§ 574.106, 574.108 (West 2010). The notice of appeal was filed August 18, 2016. The clerk's record was filed September 7, 2016.

We must give this appeal preference over all other cases and advance the appeal on the docket. Id. § 574.070(e). We may suspend all rules relating to the time for filing briefs and docketing cases. Id.

Accordingly, we ORDER as follows:

1. The reporter's record shall be filed on or before October 3, 2016.

2. Appellant's brief is due 20 days after the reporter's record is filed.

3. Appellee's brief is due 20 days after appellant's brief is filed.

4. No extensions will be granted.
