ORDER
Pending before the Court is Judge Marcos Lizarraga's motion to extend time for him to comply with the Court's order to enter a deadly weapon finding in accordance with our opinion issued on February 20, 2013. The State has also filed a motion to issue the writ of mandamus. We will grant Judge Lizarraga's motion and extend the time for him to comply until July 10, 2013. The Court will not rule on the State's motion to issue the writ until after July 10, 2013.
