IN THE INTEREST OF S.R.T., ET AL CHILDREN

From the 150th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas Trial Court No. 2022-PA-00098 Honorable Mary Lou Alvarez, Judge Presiding

ORDER

PER CURIAM

On July 6, 2023, we ordered appellant to show cause why this appeal should not be dismissed for lack of jurisdiction. We also suspended the deadlines in this matter. On July 8, 2023, appellant filed a response stating a final order of termination was signed by the trial court on July 5, 2023, and a request was made to the trial court clerk to file a supplemental clerk's record containing the signed order. On July 20, 2023, the trial court clerk filed a supplemental clerk's record containing the signed order. Accordingly, because appellant's response and the supplemental clerk's record establishes this court's jurisdiction, we reinstate the appellate deadlines and order appellant to file her appellant's brief by August 15, 2023. See Tex. R. App. P. 38.6(a).

It is so ORDERED.
