IN THE INTEREST OF S.R.T., ET AL CHILDREN

From the 150th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas Trial Court No. 2022-PA-00098 Honorable Mary Lou Alvarez, Judge Presiding

ORDER

PER CURIAM

On July 6, 2023, we ordered appellant to file a response explaining why this appeal should not be dismissed for lack of jurisdiction. We further stated if a supplemental clerk's record was required to establish our jurisdiction, appellant must ask the trial court clerk to prepare one and notify the clerk of this court such a request was made. On July 8, 2023, appellant filed a response stating a final order was signed by the trial court on July 5, 2023, and a request was made to the trial court clerk to file a supplemental clerk's record. We therefore order the trial court clerk to file a supplemental clerk's record containing the July 5, 2023 final order by August 4, 2023.

It is so ORDERED.
