Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks a calendar preference is denied, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks to adjourn oral argument is granted, and
It is further ORDERED that the appeal is removed from this Court's February 27, 2024 day calendar and added to the term of this Court commencing April 8, 2024.
