MEMORANDUM OPINION


We have reviewed relator's petition for writ of mandamus filed with the Court on August 11, 2003. Based on the record presented, we conclude the relator has not shown himself entitled to any relief from this Court. Accordingly, we DENY relator's petition for writ of mandamus. See Tex.R.App.P. 52.8(a); Walker v. Packer, 827 S.W.2d 833, 839-842 (Tex. 1992) (orig. proceeding).
