On November 14, 2022, we struck volume 16 of the reporter's record as it had been filed under seal but without a sealing order. Before the Court is Mother's December 8, 2022 unopposed motion to reinstate volume 16. Mother explains the trial court has now signed an order sealing that volume.
We note Jan Dugger, Official Court Reporter for the 296th Judicial District Court, filed volume 16 under seal following the trial court signing the order. Accordingly, we DENY Mother's motion as moot.
