This appeal follows the trial court's October 28, 2021 modification order. Before the Court is appellant's December 8, 2021 motion for a sixty-day extension of time to file her brief. Appellant explains the trial court has not yet filed its findings of fact and conclusions of law, and a hearing is scheduled January 4, 2022 on appellant's motion for new trial.
We GRANT the motion and ORDER the brief be filed no later than February 8, 2022.
