DECISION & ORDER ON APPLICATION
Application by Siobhan Marie Smith, who was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on March 26, 2008, to change her name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to Siobhan Smith Bradley.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall change the applicant's name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law from Siobhan Marie Smith to Siobhan Smith Bradley, effective immediately.
