MEMORANDUM OPINION


Relator Tyelisa C. Singleton filed a petition for a writ of mandamus asking this court to direct respondent to transfer a suit affecting the parent-child relationship from Harris County to Travis County.

The respondent is Judge Annette Galik of the 245th District Court of Harris County. The underlying suit is In the interest of Oluwayemisi Vivian Adenubi, No. 2005-43355 (245th Dist. Ct., Harris County, Tex.).

We deny the petition for a writ of mandamus.
