An order of this Court having been entered on June 11, 2019 (M-2278) granting respondent Dwayne R. leave to prosecute, as a poor person, the appeal taken from three orders of the Family Court, Bronx County, entered on or about January 17, 2019, and assigning George Reed, Jr., Esq., as counsel to prosecute the appeal; and a motion having been made to relieve such counsel, and for related relief, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,It is ordered that the motion to relieve George Reed, Jr. as counsel to prosecute the appeal on behalf of respondent-appellant Dwayne R. is granted. Sua Sponte, the appeals taken by respondent-appellant Dwayne R. are dismissed. The perfected appeal by respondent-appellant Jamesina M.J. shall remain extant.
