DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by Codjo A. from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated March 9, 2022. Motion by the petitioner-respondent, inter alia, to dismiss the appeal on the ground that the record is inadequate.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further, ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, on or before January 4, 2023, the appellant shall serve and file a supplemental record containing the transcript of the proceedings which occurred on October 5, 2021, via NYSCEF, if applicable, or, if NYSCEF is not mandated, serve the supplemental record and upload a digital copy of the supplemental record, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website; and it is further, ORDERED on the Court's own motion, the time for the petitioner-respondent and the attorney for the children to serve and file their briefs is extended, and on or before February 3, 2023, the petitioner-respondent and the attorney for the children shall serve and file their respective briefs via NYSCEF, if applicable, or if NYSCEF is not mandated, serve their briefs and upload a digital copy of their briefs, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website.
