ORDER


On this day came Class Counsel for the plaintiffs, counsel for Hagans, Bobb Burdine, P.C.; Bracewell and Giuliani, LLP; and Grady, Schneider and Newman, LLP ("the Hagans Group,") and came Lead and Liaison Counsel for defendant, Bristol-Myers Squibb Company, whereupon said counsel presented their "Joint Motion to Extend Time to Object to Attorney Fees and Expenses" to the Court. Having reviewed the said Motion, the Court finds that the said Motion should be and hereby is granted, and the time within which the Movants shall respond to the Petitions for attorney fees and expenses heretofore filed by Class Counsel and the Hagans Group is hereby extended to August 26, 2005.

It is accordingly ADJUDGED, ORDERED, and DECREED that the Joint Motion to Extend Time to Object to Attorney Fees and Expenses be and hereby is granted as set forth above.

The Clerk is hereby directed to forward a certified copy of this order to all counsel of record herein.
