An appeal having been taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Oswego County, entered October 25, 2019, and an application having been made by Heather Nickolas, Esq., for substitution of counsel as Attorney for the Child Serenity F.,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the application, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the application is granted, and
It is further ORDERED that Lawrence P. Brown, Esq., PO Box 669 Bridgeport, New York 13030, is hereby assigned as Attorney for the Child and may submit an original, five hard copies, and one digital copy of the respondent's brief, together with proof of service of one hard copy of the brief upon each party to the appeal.
