Opinion

No. 05-09-00282-CV

Opinion issued April 3, 2009.

Original Proceeding from the 416th Judicial District Court, Collin County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. 416-02042-2008.

Before Justices MOSELEY, FITZGERALD, and LANG-MIERS.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relators contend the trial court erred in granting real party in interest's motion to compel the discovery of certain financial information. The facts and issues are well known to the parties, so we need not recount them herein. Based on the record before us, we conclude relators have not shown they are entitled to the relief requested. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.8(a); Walker v. Packer, 827 S.W.2d 833, 837 (Tex. 1992). Accordingly, we DENY relators' petition for writ of mandamus and VACATE our order of March 17, 2009, staying the trial court's February 26, 2009 order on Plaintiff's Motion to Compel.
