This proceeding arises out of Cause No. 2018CI14633, styled Secure San Antonio's Future Political Action Committee v. International Association of Fire Fighters, Local 624, a/k/a San Antonio Professional Fire Fighters Association, et al., pending in the 150th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas, the Honorable Cathleen M. Stryker presiding.

On August 22, 2018, relator filed a petition for writ of mandamus and a motion asking this court to stay the trial court's August 15, 2018 "Order Denying Application for Temporary Restraining Order" pending final resolution of the petition for writ of mandamus. This court believes a serious question concerning the mandamus relief sought requires further consideration. See TEX. R. APP. P. 52.8(b). The respondent and the real parties in interest may file a response to the petition in this court no later than August 28, 2018. Any such response must conform to Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 52.4.
It is so ORDERED on August 23, 2018.
