ORDER
On April 18, 2003, United States Bankruptcy Judge Terry L. Myers issued a Report and Recommendation (Docket No. 8) recommending that the District Court enter an Order withdrawing the referral of this case and transferring this case to the District Court. Exercising de novo review of the matter, this Court may accept, reject or modify, in whole or in part, the findings and recommendations made by the bankruptcy judge.
Because this Court finds the Report and Recommendation of Judge Myers to be well founded in law and supported by the record, the Court hereby accepts in their entirety, and adopts as its own, the findings made by Judge Myers. Acting on the recommendation of Judge Myers, and this Court being fully advised in the premises,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Report and Recommendation entered on April 18, 2003, (Docket No. 8) by Judge Myers should be, and is hereby, INCORPORATED by reference and ADOPTED in its entirety.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Order of Referral is WITHDRAWN. The Clerk of the Court is directed to transfer the instant case to the District Court and assign a civil case number for all further proceedings.
