Extension of time granted
Based upon counsel Gary B. Wells' representation that the reply to the informal response to the petition for writ of habeas corpus is anticipated to be filed by December 12, 2021, an extension of time in which to serve and file that document is granted to March 3, 2021. After that date, only five further extensions totaling about 284 additional days are contemplated.
