MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relator contends that he has been improperly charged with various zoning violations to which jeopardy had already attached. The facts and issues are well known to the parties, so we need not recount them herein. We conclude relator's petition does not satisfy the requirements of the Texas Rules of Appellate Procedure. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.1, 52.3, and 52.7. Accordingly, we DENY relator's petition for writ of habeas corpus. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.8(a); In re Fredda Jo Turner, 177 S.W.3d 284, 288 (Tex.Civ.App. 2005, orig. proceeding).
