ORDER
PER CURIAM
Relator, Richard Scherer, has filed in this court an unopposed motion to stay enforcement of the trial court's order that is at issue in this original proceeding. In the order, the Honorable Leah Robertson granted in part Endeavor Energy Resources, LP's motion to compel the production of documents and information. The trial court's order requires the disclosure of, among other documents and information, income tax returns, medical information, and potential work product. The order, which was signed on November 21, 2023, also requires Relator's response to the discovery requests, without objection, within thirty days of the order, or December 21, 2023.
In his motion, Relator asserts that "mandamus relief on the issues raised in the petition would lack effectiveness if compliance [were] required before this Court decides whether compliance is required on those issues." As a result, Relator requests a stay of the trial court's November 21 order pending our decision on the merits of his mandamus petition. We note that Relator, in accordance with Rule 52.10(a) of the Texas Rules of Appellate Procedure, certified that he notified or made a diligent effort to notify all parties that a motion for temporary relief would be filed. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.10(a). Relator has since informed this court that he received notice that the real parties in interest do not oppose the relief requested in his motion.
We grant Relator's motion for temporary relief and hereby order that enforcement of the trial court's November 21, 2023 order be temporarily stayed pending further order of this court or final disposition of this mandamus proceeding. Tex.R.App.P. 52.10(b).
