ORDER

PER CURIAM

In this accelerated appeal of the trial court's order terminating Appellant's parental rights, Appellant's court-appointed attorney filed an Anders brief. Counsel informed Appellant of his right to request a free copy of the appellate record and to file a pro se brief.

On February 12, 2024, Appellant filed a request for a paper copy of the appellate record.

Appellant's request is GRANTED. We direct the clerk of this court to prepare and deliver to Appellant a paper copy of the clerk's and reporter's records via certified mail, return receipt requested, at no cost to Appellant. See Tex. R. App. P. 20.1(k).

If Appellant desires to file a pro se brief, we ORDER Appellant to file the brief by March 6, 2024. See Tex.R.App.P. 38.6(a).

If Appellant files a pro se brief, the State may file a responsive brief within twenty days after Appellant's pro se brief is filed in this court. See id. R. 38.6(b).

Counsel's motion to withdraw is held in abeyance pending further order of this court.

It is so ORDERED on February 13, 2024.
