Original Proceeding on Petition for Writ of Mandamus, Writ of Prohibition, or Writ of Injunction

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relator San Jacinto River Authority has filed a petition for writ of mandamus, writ of prohibition, or writ of injunction to compel the trial court to vacate its February 26, 2019 order denying relator's motion to dismiss, and alternatively, plea in abatement. Relator also filed a motion for emergency relief.

The underlying case is Charles J. Argento, et al. v. San Jacinto River Authority, cause number 1124443, pending in the County Civil Court at Law No. 4 of Harris County, Texas, the Honorable William McLeod presiding.

The petition is denied. See TEX. R. APP. P. 52.8(a). All pending motions are dismissed as moot.
